Auch ich bekam das Foto mehrfach von Bekannten oder Besuchern meiner Homepage zugeschickt, bevor ich beim x-ten Anschauen plötzlich feststellte, dass mir das Foto verdammt bekannt vorkommt. Ohne Ali. Verdammt verdammt bekannt... | Millions of e-mails had the rather funny Comical Ali picture attached to it over the course of 2003 when the Wings were outed by the Mighty Ducks in the first round of the playoffs. Many friends or visitors of my homepage mailed me the picture as well. It took me a while to figure out why the picture seemed so familiar to me, so very very familiar, but I finally figured it out... |

Foto von mir, dass schon seit 2001 auf meiner Homepage zu finden ist,
als ich eine Partie der Wings gegen die LA Kings in der ersten Runde der
Playoffs besuchte. Auch damals hatten die Wings wenig Freude am Gegner
aus Kalifornien und schieden in Runde 1 aus. Irgendwie ist es schade,
dass eines meiner Fotos von Millionen genossen wurde (wenn auch leicht
abgeändert), ich davon aber rein gar nichts habe. Wollte es aber
trotzdem mal gesagt haben...

can see a picture which I made in 2001 when I visited a game of the
Wings vs the Los Angeles Kings in the first round of the playoffs. Back
then the Wings didn´t fare much better against their foes from
California than in the spring of 2003 vs the Ducks, but it should be
easy to see where the creator of "Comical Ali as a
Wings-representative" got his original picture from. Is there any
way for me to make money out of this? My bank account wouldn´t mind...

Just a serious note concerning copyrights: I don´t mind anybody using anything from my homepage for whatever, really. But I do mind those people not quoting where they took the stuff from. I really loved the Comical Ali-pic but I would have loved it a lot more if the creator had added a little www.hockeyarenas.com or whatever into the bottom corner. So, feel free to use anything from this page as you wish, but put a fu__ing quote next to it if you decide to publish anything. |
